He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Joseph Gallen, Sr. and Ann Elizabeth Smith Gallen; his wife Dorothy Marie Gallen; his daughter Judy Gillette; and his grandson Dondre Gallen.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Green (Michael), Wendy Henderson of Hubert, Kimberly Barnes of Hubert and Johnny Gallen (Jennifer) of Hubert; and his half-siblings, Joseph Clark and Maureen Clark. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and four great greatgrandchildren.
