He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Jones; his sons, Adam Jones (Alexia) of Swansboro and Craig Jones (Elisabeth) of Hubert; his parents, Lee Jones and Marjorie Jones of Swansboro; his brothers, Jeffrey Jones of Lumberton and Randy Jones; and his grandson Jearth.
