He is survived by: his wife Patsy Moore; his children, Andelien Koscierzynski of Hubert, Jeremy Moore (Michelle) of McCarr, KY and Larry Moore (JoElla) of Majestic, KY; his sister Carol Ball (James) of Abingdon, VA; his grandchildren, Zachary Moore, Brooklyn Moore, Alyssa Koscierzynski, Allyson Koscierzynski, Alex Moore, Hailee Moore and Kailee Moore; and his friends, Tim Baker and Toni LePage.
