She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph G. Powell and Violet Gravatt Powell; and her sisters, Kimberly Hines and Linda Lee. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Belluche (Douglas) of Surf City, Jacqueline Vergerio (James Brown) of Chesapeake and Dustin Crowell; her grandchildren, Mercedes, Douglas, Jr., Faith, Autumn and Finn; her great grandchildren, Jason and Lily; and her siblings, Ralph Powell, Kathy Miller and Raymond Powell.
