We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2022, at the age of 82, Jose Antonio Velez-Martinez of Hubert, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Velez-Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Jose Velez-Martinez, Jr. of Hubert and Victoria L. Hemenway (David) of Newport. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
