It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christina Ann Carter of Hubert, North Carolina, who passed away on June 5, 2024, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Dowling Jr. and Candy Icenhower. She is survived by: her significant other Donald Carter; her children, Tiffany Heilman, Christian McGregor, Sami Mihorn, Ashley Waggoner, Ravyn Nhyt, Amanda Carter, Dustin Heilman, Damian Heilman, Adrian Benjamin and Keith Carter; her siblings, Rick Cunningham, Paula Dowling, Scott Dowling, Frank Gordon, Leslie Scott, Lisa Taylor and Kathy Parker; and her grandchildren, Hunter Heilman, Tianna Heilman, Elena Heilman, Elizabeth Heilman, Sophie Griffian, Gavin Blake and Kannon Waggoner. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
The family asks that if any donations would like to be made to help cover funeral expenses, donations can be made directly to the funeral home.
