He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Waldroup and Lois Waldroup; and his brother Eddie Dean Waldroup. He is survived by: his wife Jewel Waldroup; his daughters, Phylisha Waldroup of Fairview, NC and Stacy Waldroup of Asheville, NC; his grandchildren, Kaydyn, Laci Waldroup, Audrey and Jaxson DeGroot; and his sisters, Sandra Wines (Jerry) of Hot Springs, NC and Debra Plemmons of Hot Springs, NC..
A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain Cemetery (600 Duckett Rd, Hot Springs, NC 28743).
