He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Waldroup and Maude Caldwell Waldroup; his brothers, Roy Waldroup and Don Waldroup; his parents-in-law, Arvlee and Pansy Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, David Roberts, Calvin Hal Thomas, Charlie Brown, Woodrow Norton, Lois Waldroup, Alice Waldroup, Norma Hayes, Betty Lou Norton and Brenda Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Thomas Waldroup; his daughter Melissa Fowler; his son-in-law Greg Fowler; his grandsons, Clark Fowler and Trace Fowler; his siblings, Charles Waldroup and Louise Roberts; and his siblings-in-law, Douglas Thomas (Mary Ann), Jim Hayes, Susie Frisbee (Stevie), Paula Tregoning (Keith), Lucy Brown and Shirley Brown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests masks to be worn and safety protocols observed.
