He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hicks and Anne Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hicks; his children, Paige and Peyton; his grandchildren, Mason and Piper; his siblings, Glenn Hicks (Teresa) and Dora Bodin; his aunt Gwen Tews; his mother-in-law Dorothy Fowler; his sister-in-law Sharon Miller (George); his close friends, Bryan Raines, Michael Graham and Robert Rathbone; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special cousins.
