He was predeceased by: his parents, Doctor Hilliard and Bessie Lusk Culbertson; his wife Martha Waco Paris Culbertson; and his son Billy Gray Culbertson II. He is survived by: his daughter Jill Walters (Billy); and his grandsons, Calvin (Danielle), Benjamin and Blake Walters.
