He is survived by: his significant other Amy Garrett; his daughters, Ashley (Stephen), Caitlyn (Todd), Emily (Dustin), Samantha (Tyler) and Faith (Derek); his stepson Frankie (Hayley); his siblings, Shonda (Les), Jaque (Chris) and C. J. (Rani); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Landon, Max, Jax, Eli, Cole, Hunter, Hudson, Zeke and Shelby.
