She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl McCarter and Jerda Mae King McCarter. She is survived by: her siblings, Joann Huff, Billie June Woods (Gerald), Judy Payne (Richard), J. C. McCarter (Patty) and Dean McCarter (Kim); and her great grandchild Madelyn Randall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
