He is survived by: his wife Emma Welch of Hope Mills, NC; his sister Edith Mills of Livingston Manor, NY; his children, Brian Welch (Teri) and Julie Corbett; and his stepchildren, Mark and Cheryl. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
