He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Leach and Iva Monte; his wife Mal Cha "Kim" Leach; and his siblings, Richard Leach and Sandra Leach.
He is survived by: his children, Patty Costner (Dennis), Susie Ressegiue (Tim), Billy Leach (Traci) and Liz Chrismon (Bryan); his grandchildren, Stephanie Kimbrell (Anthony), Tiffani Hall, Kimberly Graybeal, Taylor Ingersoll (Josh), Danielle Leach, Jessica Dinwiddie (Eric), Joshua Chrismon and David Chrismon (Marina Roe); his great grandchildren, Lacey, Blake, Hailey, Andrew, Aiden Shay, Casey, Ava and Robert; and his siblings, Linda Scavetta (Rich), Steven Leach, Bobby Leach and Terry Leach.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to Tunnels To Towers Foundation 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
