He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Jim" Harrell and Mary Effie Harrell; his sister Wanda Harrell Lucas; and his brother-in-law Carey Odom. He is survived by: his wife Estella Harrell; his children, Kimberly Harrell Sanchez, William Ryan Harrell (Nicole) and Jeremy Bryan Harrell (Crystal); his grandchildren, Nicholas Sanchez, Brandon Sanchez, Alaina Sanchez, Madeline Harrell, Lacie Norton, Bradley Harrell, William Aiden Harrell and Joshua Harrell; and his sister Margaret Harrell Odom.
