It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Ballard Perry (Hope Mills, North Carolina), born in Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 16, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Tyras Perry and Phil Perry; and his stepdaughter Dana Knott. He is survived by: his wife Chiketa Hayes Perry of Hope Mills; his children, Christina Perry Beard of Fayetteville, Chris Field (Liisa) of Exeter, NH and Scott Field (Gabrielle) of Nashville, TN; his stepdaughters, Denise Morrison of Hope Mills and Debra Bullock of Hope Mills; and his siblings, Ted Perry (Faye) of New Bern and Cathy Perry Stancil (Jimmy) of Wilson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to SECU Family House at UNC or their favorite charity.
