He is survived by: his wife Cathy Patterson Johnson; his children, Wilbert Johnson, Tikila Bass and Quandra Johnson; and his siblings, Johnny Johnson, Dell Simmons, Wilma Nelson, Ruth Johnson and Sybil Johnson. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
