He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Guy and Fannie Guy; his wife Frances Guy; and his daughter Debbie Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Wade R. Guy, Ricky Guy, Roy Guy (Cheryl) and Carol Johnson (Carl). He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
