She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brooks and Vida Walters Townsend; her husband Billy Hilliard; and her daughter Pamela Marsh Hilliard. She is survived by: her sons, Derek Hilliard (Angie), Jeff Hilliard and Aaron Hilliard; and her sisters, Louise Risen and Emma Jean Tyner.
