He is survived by: his brother David Whitehurst; his daughters, Samantha Lynn and Brooke Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Anthony, Jazmine and Trinity; his siblings, Dale Fogleman (Jean), Richard Whitehurst, Sheila Bowen, Katie Lawrence, Lester Ikner, Angela Fogleman and Kaye Barnhart; his stepfather John Lawrence; his sister-in-law Laura Whitehurst; and his close friend Edward Borst (EJ). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
