He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Hughes Starling and Norann Hughes Young; his children, Tony Hughes (Allen), Lisa Minnick, Risa Rodriquez (Rico) and Tonia Hughes; and his grandchildren, Angela Wilson, Robert Minnick, Jaddie Hulon, Dylan Hulon, Jordan Parker, Tony Getchell and Talia Hernandez Diaz. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
