With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Grinnell of Hope Mills, North Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 22, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joan F. Tates and John D. Griffin; her husband Charles Grinnell; her daughters, Monique Grinnell, Carla Grinnell and Whitney Grinnell; her grandchildren, Sanaa Grinnell, Laith Grinnell, Tate Allen, Griffin Grinnell-Friel, Kalel Wallace, McKenna Allen and Bennett Grinnell-Friel; her brother Robert Tates; and her friend Zanjala Miller. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
