He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. McKeithan, Sr. and Evelyn Ann McBryde McKeithan; and his brother William H. McKeithan, Jr. (Billy). He is survived by: his children, William Andrew McKeithan (Drew) of Mint Hill, NC and Kathryn Noel of Whiteville, NC. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the charity of one's choice.
