He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Pat Douglas (Ron) and Michael Rich (Denise). He is survived by: his siblings, Kyle Evans (BJ) and Tarsha Cavanaugh (Donald); his aunt Paulette Ballard; and his uncles, Glenn Mitchell, David Rich and Mark Rich. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
