He is survived by: his mother Vickie Willey-Freauf; his stepfather Thomas Freauf; his children, Monica Simmons, Logan Freeman-Simmons, Harley Simmons, Lilly Simmons and Lucas Simmons; and his siblings, Daniel Steven Simmons (Denean Freauf) of Thomas Freauf, II, Michael Wayne Riley, Kassie Freauf (Thomas Fores) and Karen Freauf.
