She was predeceased by: her father John Roscoe Phillips; her husband Charles James "CJ" Autry; and her brothers, James and Edward Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Brunson (Ronald), Pam Autry and Carla Futch (Tony); her siblings, Linda Young (Robert), Jeanette Brown (Larry), Jerry Phillips and Robert Phillips (Cynthia); her sister-in-law Joann Phillips; her granddaughters, Kristen Anderson and Brittany Futch; and her great grandchildren, Kayden Anderson and Grace Anderson.
