She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Franklin and Irene Ratley Russell; her husband Charles Edward Conoly, Sr.; and her brothers, Dennis and Terry Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda Britt (Ben), Katrina Schmitt (Shannon Moore) and Charles Edward Conoly, Jr. (Beverly); her grandchildren, Mandy Ward, Brittany Moore, Aaran Conoly, Tiffani Adkins, Rachel Moore, Kaitlyn Britt, Dawn Harp, Sebastian Britt, Savannah Conoly and Nick Winger; and her aunts, Sherry Rogers and Doris Luther. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
