He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Canady and Ada Canady; his siblings, Lorraine, Peggy, Ruby, Frank, Jr., Vann and Charles; and his grandson Zachary Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jordan Canady; his children, Beverly J. Fields (Richard) and Darrell S. Canady (Cathy); his stepsons, William T. "Billy" Cashwell (Stacey) and Richard B. "Ben" Cashwell (Meghann); his grandchildren, Kirby Fields, Troy Cashwell (Paige), Bailey Cashwell, Carolyn Canady, Victoria Canady and Maura Cashwell; his great grandchild Sophia Bennett; and his brother MacNeil Canady.
