Hubert Stephens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hubert Stephens of Hope Mills, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Hubert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Hubert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Stephens and Lucille Bundy Stephens; and his siblings, Ellen, Theodore, Bobby and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Stephens; his daughter Sue Wallace (Jimmy); his stepson Gerald Proctor; and his grandsons, Justin and Brandon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends.
