He was predeceased by: Howard B. Davis, Jr. (Buddy). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Davis of Hope Mills, NC; his children, Jan Robertson of Fayetteville, NC, Terry L. Kane of Northwood, NH and Tammy Davis of Hope Mills, NC; his grandson Kevin DeRuyter (Jennifer) of Strafford, NH; his great grandchildren, Evan, Trenton, Kyler and Kaylyn DeRuyter; and his grandchildren, Morgan Streets of Seattle, WA, Sierra Streets of Houston, TX and Corey Davis (Juniper Davis) of Durham, NC..

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rogers and Breece Funeral Home (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rogers and Breece Chapel (500 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301).
