He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Ruby and Barbara Belcher Ruby; and his siblings, Robert Ruby and Carol Ruby. He is survived by: his significant other Melanie Davis; his siblings, Richard Ruby (Lynn) and Anita Holton (Francis); and his sister-in-law Mary Hinson (Danny). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Pinecrest Funeral & Cremation Services (4721 Dunrobin Dr, Hope Mills, NC 28348).
