He was predeceased by: his sons, Michael Todd Phillips and Dustin Lee Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Phillips; his children, Shelly Gibson (Larry), Victoria Hunt (Rockey), Darrell Campbell (Tenielle), Gene Patrick Phillips, Jr. (Patricia), Tiffanie Phillips and Paige Atkinson (Joseph); and his parents, Jessie Lou Britt and Frankie Phillips (Jean Carol). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, other family members and friends.
