She is survived by: her sons, Richard Ray Phillips Jr. (Kim) of Laurinburg, James Andrew Phillips (Deborah) of Hope Mills and John Jacob Phillips of Little Washington; her grandchildren, Matthew Phillips of Laurinburg, Michael Phillips of Hope Mills and Kaitlyn Phillips of Fayetteville; and her brother David Thibodeau of Vancouver, BC..
