We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Esther Rose McLean of Hope Mills, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William McDuffie and Lula Reeves Welch; her husband John B McLean Jr.; her grandson Benjamin Kline; and her sisters, Ethel Welch, Margaret Jackson, Katie Davis, Mary Sutton and Ruby Seals.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca McLean Futrell (Stanley) and Wanda Gail McLean Kline (Paul); her grandchildren, William Futrell (Elizabeth), Amanda Futrell Pham (Calvin), Joshua Kline and Caleb Kline; and her great grandchildren, Jackie Anne Futrell and Aiden Pham.
The family suggest memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, in lieu of flowers.
