She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wright and Elva Mitchell Wright; and her husband Cedric Basnight. She is survived by: her children, Debbie McGee (Vance), Brenda Schneider (Arnold) and Paul Basnight (Jackie); and her brother Frank Wright. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren.
