She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Vance Ratley and Sarah Kathryn Ratley; her husband William "Bill" Luther Jr.; her grandson Tyler Revell; and her siblings, Floyd Ratley and Irene Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Revell and William "Billy" Luther III (Michelle); her grandchildren, Caitlin Revell (Chris) and William "Will" Luther IV; her great grandchildren, Camryn, Cooper and Mackenzie; her sister Sherry Rogers (Glenn); and her stepgrandson Tommy Martin.
