He is survived by: his wife Kelly Schmidt; his sons, Davin Schmidt II, Darin Schmidt and Drake Schmidt; his mother Anne Romero; his sister Stephanie Williams; his mother-in-law Linda McLaurin; his brothers-in-law, Jeffrey McLaurin and Frankie McLaurin (Margaret); his nephews, Daughtry and Jarred McLaurin; his niece Keele McLaurin; and his uncle Brian Schmidt.
