He is survived by: his parents, Leonard E. Facemire Jr. and Patsy Costello Facemire; his sisters, Rachel Frye (Brian) and Sarah Perlich (Brandon); and his nieces and nephews, Hannah Frye, Allyson Perlich, Lydia Perlich, Jonathan Frye and Kyle Perlich.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all the Great Expectations Staff as they continually gave Daniel a safe place to retreat during the recent pandemic.
