He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Ashcraft and Minnie Ruth Ashcraft; and his sister Sherry Meade. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Charles Steven Ashcraft, Jr. (Amanda) and Karen Chick (Andy); his grandchildren, Alexanderia Ashcraft, Victoria Parker, Christopher Ashcraft, Matthew Lafferty (Alecia), Chandler Ransom (Ryan) and Piper Chick; and his siblings, Linda Williams (Rick), Dan Ashcraft (Jane), Lois Holliday (Garry) and Debbie Robertson (Gary). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
