He is survived by: his parents, Charles Francis Packer Sr. and Minnie Tate Packer; his wife Mary Packer; his daughters, Jacki Smith, Dotty Smith and Patti Packer Draughon; his sons-in-law, Tim Smith and Darryl Draughon; his grandchildren, Stephanie Smith Miller, Drew Smith, Spencer Faircloth, Noah Smith, Gracie Draughon, Roger Miller and Jessica Smith; and his great grandchildren, Henley Miller, Hudson Miller, Dog Buddy, Dolly and Gabby.
