He is survived by: his wife Joyce Owens Baxley; his children, Catherine Ingram (Larry), Richard Baxley (Cathryn) and Christopher Baxley (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Kelly Baxley, Nick Baxley, Sean Ingram, Caitlin Chamberlin, Hayden Baxley, Jacob Tityk, Dylan Jones and Harley Cummings; and his great grandchildren, Lindsey Jones and Rosalee Jones.
