He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Hecke and Alice Hecke; and his brother Michael Hecke. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hecke; his children, Brian (Stephanie Hecke) and Lisa Hecke; his grandchildren, Cherylanne James (Zach), Zachary Hecke (Abby), Emma Hecke, Steven Ricketts and Arthur "Ryan" Ricketts; and his great grandchild Harrison James.
