It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Phillips (Hope Mills, North Carolina), who passed away on July 29, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Fletcher Phillips; her parents, Laura Benson and Marion Benson; her siblings, Bill Benson, Frances Elliott, Mavis Barefoot, Eunice Adams, Rachael Blount and Margaret Johnson; and her grandson Christopher Haveman.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Phillips (Lisa) of Fayetteville, Rita Worrell of Fayetteville and Vicki Siler (Darrell) of Siler City. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
