He is survived by: his parents, Linda Eubanks and Jimmy Eubanks of Lake Wales, FL; his sister Millie Peters (Brent) of Charlotte, NC; his nephews, Dalton, Jackson and Jesse Price; his niece Lucy Price; his uncle Anthony Moore (Susan); his aunts, Irene Moore (Tom Lohre) and Judy Reynal (Richard); and his cousins, Jennifer McMahon, Steven Moore, Joanna Braddock, Nicole Bednar and Helen Lohre.
