It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Croom Jr. of Hookerton, North Carolina, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Alice Faison Croom of Hookerton, NC; his children, Terrance Croom of Kinston, NC, Ricky Suggs of Hookerton, NC and Martina Croom of Durham, NC; and his siblings, Robert Croom of Roselle, NJ, William Frank Croom of Chesapeake, VA, Devone Croom Connor of Hookerton, NC, Annie Faye Thomas of Snow Hill, NC, Patricia Louise Barrett of Raleigh, NC and, DC of Washington. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
