He is survived by: his children, Donna Banham (Jeff) of Holly Springs, NC and David Blades (Teri) of Whispering Pines, NC; and his grandchildren, Christa Blades of Daytona Beach, FL, Evan Blades of Williamsburg and Katie Banham (Kay Blades) of Holly Springs, NC.
