She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Carter of Holly Springs; her children, Ida Carter of Plantsville, CT and David Carter Jr. of Omaha, NE; her granddaughters, Iliana Grace and Sierra Rose Chaplinski of Planstsville, CT.; her siblings, Aixa Figueroa of Bayamon, Rey Figueroa and Roberto Figueroa; and her parents, Ines Figueroa and Roberto Figueroa. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
