He was predeceased by: his father Charles Mazuroski; and his son David Mazuroski. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy Stanton (Gary Stanton), Mindy Barber (Dennis Barber) and John Adams; his wife Chloe Mazuroski; his son Michael Mazuroski (Nicole Sciortino); his daughter-in-law Laurra Mazuroski; and his granddaughters, Skyler Howe, Hailey Mazuroski and Paislee Arrequin.
