She is survived by: her husband Roger Middlesteadt; and her children, Wayne Middlesteadt (Susan Slingland), Douglas Middlesteadt (Britannia Wheeler) and Rachel Ellerson (Edward Ellerson). She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grand-children.
