He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Allen and Margaret Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Annette Bodenheimer; his pets, Lou and Smokey; his brothers, Kenneth Martin and Alan Gardner; and his nieces and nephews, Zelvia Franks, Brittany Wilkins, Tiffany Wilkins, Alexander Jones (Elizabeth Martin) and Sabrina Martin.

In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions can be donated to Mastiff to Mutts and/or We Defy Foundation.
